To our restaurant and bar we seek a leader with solid experience from bar and restaurant business. As our Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for leading our hospitality team, and operating and developing our restaurant and bar concept. We can provide an independent and challenging role in a creative environment! The Food & beverage manger must have experience as waiter/Waitress and Barman. We prefer a female Food & Beverage Manager ,but we accept male appllications as well.
 

Responsibilities

Lead our hospitality team and ensure expected service and quality
Implementation and monitoring procedures
Presence during service - hands-on
Product Selection - Development of menus according to sales and season
Marketing - develop concepts and activities and promotion through their own channels
Financial responsibility in accordance with budgets
Reporting Responsibility for management
 

Qualification

Experience from restaurant and bar is a prerequisite
Natural leader and authority
Operational experience and economics expertise
Independent and comfortable with responsibility
Structured and orderly
Targeted and motivated by challenges
Hands-on mentality
Well networks and comfortable with social media
Fluent English
Love for food and drink
